… a lack thereof 

It’s always been a problem in my life, and I imagine it is in most people’s lives. There’s nothing worse than making all the effort in the world, and not getting anything back. 

But I’ll always keep giving, at least, I hope I’ll never stop. It gets tough sometimes though, not getting anything in return…
